1. Create your account
Sign up with your email and your business name. Your name appears on every client request. Your Free account includes three active requests.
2. Build the checklist
Choose New Request from the dashboard. Enter your client’s name and email, then a request title and introduction. The client is saved with the request, so you do not need a separate address book step.
Add the items you need. Choose short text, long text, a file, a URL, yes/no, or confirmation. Use the up and down controls to reorder items. At least one item must be required. You can also start from Templates.
3. Share one link
After creating the request, copy its link or choose Send email invitation. The client needs no account. Keep the link private: anyone with it can view or update the request. A forwarded link grants the same access.
4. Collect and review
Text answers save when the client leaves a field or chooses Save response. File uploads and choices save when submitted. A green saved state confirms the server accepted the response. If an error appears, keep the page open and try again.
The dashboard counts required items. Optional items can be answered without delaying completion. The owner’s request details refresh every ten seconds while the page is visible. Review files before using them; collection does not validate their contents.
5. Use files and access safely
Each upload can be up to 10 MB. Supported extensions are PDF, PNG, JPG/JPEG, DOC, DOCX, and ZIP. To share a larger file, use a URL item and check the destination’s permissions. Ask for service invitations or access instructions instead of passwords.
6. Upgrade or cancel
Go to Settings → Billing. Stripe handles checkout and the customer portal. Paid features become available after a verified Stripe subscription update. If payment fails, the account follows its subscription state and paid features may become unavailable. Existing requests remain accessible.
7. Delete requests or your account
Open a request and choose Delete request to remove its responses and files. For complete account deletion, go to Settings → Account, sign in with a fresh email link, and type DELETE within ten minutes. End any paid subscription before deleting the account. This removes the business workspace and its data.
Need a hand?
Visit the contact page for the current support route. Never send passwords or client documents in a support request.
Invite your team
Agency includes two people for $49/month; Agency Plus includes five for $149/month, counting the owner. Open Settings → Team and invite a teammate by email. They must sign in with that same email to accept. Invitations expire after seven days and reserve a seat until accepted, revoked, or expired.
Members share all workspace requests and templates. Only the owner can manage billing, branding, and team access. Use Switch workspace to move between your personal workspace and teams you belong to. Removing a member ends access immediately. If you downgrade below your team size, remove extra members or upgrade to restore team access. Shared requests remain with the workspace.
