The service and operator
These terms govern Rosfish, operated by Rosfish Inc. Rosfish helps service businesses collect client answers, files, links, and confirmations. Creating an account or using a client request means you agree to these terms. A downgrade below your team size pauses member access until the owner reduces the team to the allowed number.
Your account and responsibilities
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business using the account. Keep login credentials private and provide accurate account information. The account owner is responsible for requests created through the workspace and for having permission to collect and use submitted information.
Client requests and content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You authorize Rosfish and its service providers to store, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service. Do not upload unlawful content, malware, material that infringes another person’s rights, or information you are not authorized to disclose.
Client links grant access without a login. Share them only with intended recipients. Rosfish is not an electronic-signature service, an identity-verification service, or a regulated records platform. Do not treat a completed item as proof that its contents are accurate, sufficient, or legally binding.
Plans and billing
Free includes three active requests and 100 MB of workspace storage. Pro is $19 per month with unlimited active requests and 5 GB of workspace storage. Agency is $49 per month for two people, and Agency Plus is $149 per month for five people, counting the owner. Both include 5 GB shared workspace storage. Each item supports up to 10 files, 10 MB per file. Prices are in U.S. dollars, subject to applicable taxes shown at checkout. Each workspace has one owner. Paid subscriptions renew through Stripe unless cancelled. Team members can manage shared requests and templates; the owner controls billing, branding, and membership. Removing a member ends their shared access without deleting workspace requests.
Manage payment details and cancellation through Settings → Billing. Cancellation timing is shown in the Stripe portal. Paid access continues while the subscription remains eligible, then Free limits apply. Failed or overdue payments may suspend paid features. Existing requests remain accessible unless removed for another reason under these terms. A downgrade below your team size pauses member access until the owner reduces the team to the allowed number.
Optional seats and storage
Paid storage packs cost $5 per month for 5 GB. Additional Agency seats cost $35 per person per month. These recurring extras are part of your subscription and renew until removed or your subscription ends. Stripe displays applicable prorations when you change your subscription.
Storage overage is optional and off by default. When enabled, it costs $1 per GB-month beyond included storage plus purchased packs. Rosfish measures hourly peak storage, rounded up to whole MB-hours; a GB-month equals 1,024 MB stored for 720 hours. Partial billing-period boundary hours are prorated. You select a maximum overage charge per billing period before tax. That cap excludes the base plan and fixed-price extras. Once reached, additional uploads beyond included storage stop; existing files are retained. Switching overage off stops new usage charges but does not cancel charges already incurred. Stripe invoices may reflect usage after reporting and processing delays.
Availability, changes, and limits
Rosfish may change features and reasonable usage limits as the service develops. File uploads are limited to 10 MB each. Service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider failures, or other events. Keep independent copies of important material and verify that files are suitable before using them.
Deletion and suspension
You can delete requests and associated files, or close your account through account settings. End a paid subscription before account deletion. Rosfish may restrict an account used for abuse, unlawful conduct, or activity that threatens the service. Where practical, the operator will provide an explanation and a way to address the issue.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or suitability for every purpose. Rosfish does not provide legal, accounting, or other professional advice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
